We have over 40 years of experience in contract and lease negotiation and fully understand the various types of leases, whether they are gross, full service, modified gross, triple net or modified net leases. We have established systems that enable us to keep a tight control on all expenses. And we believe in establishing proper preventative maintenance programs unique to the property. We manage all of our accounts as though they are ourown properties and are always looking for ways to enhance the property value and exceed the owners goals and expectations. We meet personally with each and every tenant not only when we take over a management assignment, but also on an on-going basis.
